We ensure all our clients have a minimum level of training in Theatre, TV & Film performance and make it a compulsory requirement of all clients under 18yrs, or clients over 18yrs who only have a basic level of drama training, to attend a regular Performing Arts or Drama workshop.

We promise to promote all our clients equally and in accordance with their own individual goals and ambitions. We will mediate and negotiate on behalf of all our clients to ensure a win/win for all parties concerned. To ensure equal representation we require all clients to be members of Spotlight and/or Actors Access. This facilitates a smooth submission process to Casting Directors and guarantees your profile is viewed by them.
